The hurricane's eye, Nick Hague on Twitter

This edition has touched upon the notion of space, time and time again, either from a local or global perspective.

I agree, it may sound mundane to resort to “Space” when the actual trend in the workplace is dematerialization. Remote working. Outsourcing. Wireless devices. The Cloud. But still, our relationship to space, being it grounded or up in the air, shapes our interaction with the world and with life itself. So here are five standpoints from which appreciate its meaning.

Discover the African Biennale of Photography and connect with fellow artists. Rejoice in the upcoming New York Fashion Week, wishing teleportation was a real thing. Sympathize over Dorian’s destructive strike and feel safe now that the storm has passed. Change scale and contemplate the wonders of outer space. Lastly, pay homage to human landmark Peter Lindbergh. May his loss remind us that wherever we are, true talent transcends time and space.

Titled Stream of Consciousness, the exhibit questions our relation to space, consciousness and subconsciousness — while aiming to rise above individuality and better address the positive impact of collectives in telling Africa’s history. Held in Bamako, Mali, from November 30, 2019, to January 31, 2020. More details on the link below.
